Fresh arugula wrapped in fried roti pancakes dipped in cookie butter. Tried this with nutella too, cookie butter works better. The sharp arugula flavor and leafy texture rocks with the hot, chewy savoriness of onion roti. Add the subtle creamy, sweet goodness of cookie butter and we have liftoff.

- bowl of arugula = 9 Calories, 1g fiber, 15% of daily Vitamin A
- 2 heaping spoonfuls of Trader Joe's Speculoos Cookie Butter = 180 Calories, 10g sugar
A fifth of a day's worth of fiber, some Vitamin A. Certainly not eating this for my health.
